APO Tarlac AA 149 had just recently concluded a community service “Literacy and NutritionProgram” dubbed as “Wastong paglinis ng Ngipin kay Ganda” at APO DayCare Center, Brgy. Sta Maria , Tarlac City dated September 29, 2008, by giving them personal hygiene kit and taught them the proper tooth brushing and gave them nutritious food.
